U.S. job production came in at levels a little above the expectations of most economists during the first few months of 2012. Did that improving employment picture sustain the nation’s streak of robust revenue growth in the apartment sector, and did the Q1 stats for rental industry fundamentals come in at levels strong enough to raise the bar on the anticipated performance for 2012 as a whole?
